1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MadMoney website, applications and services (the "Platform"), operated by Quantlabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("MadMoney", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2.What MadMoney is — and is not

MadMoney is a unit of Quantlabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a SEBI-Registered Research Analyst. The Platform provides market research, analysis, strategy tooling, backtesting, paper trading and order-automation features for the Indian securities markets.

For the avoidance of doubt, MadMoney:

• does not provide personalised investment advice tailored to your individual circumstances;
• is not a stock broker, depository participant, or portfolio manager, and does not execute trades on its own account on your behalf;
• does not take custody of, hold, or have access to withdraw your funds or securities;
• does not assure, guarantee or promise any profit, return or performance.

All research and tools are provided for your information and your own independent decision-making.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, resident in India, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, and with the terms of your own broker.

4.Your account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect a security or compliance concern.

5.Connecting your broker

To automate orders, you authorise a connection between the Platform and your own broker account using credentials or API keys that you provide. You remain the principal account holder with your broker at all times. You may revoke this connection at any time. You are solely responsible for the orders generated under any strategy you choose to run, and for compliance with your broker's and the exchanges' rules (including any algorithmic-trading requirements).

6.Research is informational, not advice

Any view, idea, recommendation, screener output, signal, score, report or other research made available on the Platform is general in nature, is provided for information only, and does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation tailored to any individual. You should evaluate all information independently and, where appropriate, consult a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser before acting.

7.Automated execution & your responsibility

Automation tools place orders according to rules you select or configure. You acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood any strategy you deploy, that you retain full control to pause or stop it, and that every order placed through your broker account is your own decision and responsibility. We are not liable for market outcomes, slippage, partial fills, or losses arising from your use of automation.

8.Backtested & performance data

Backtested, simulated, historical and illustrative performance data are provided for study and comparison only. They have inherent limitations, may not reflect real trading conditions (such as liquidity, costs and latency), and past performance is not indicative of future results. No performance figure should be read as a promise or assurance of any return.

9.Use of AI tools

The Platform uses artificial-intelligence tools to assist in producing market research and analysis. We disclose that AI is used in our research process, and we remain responsible for the research we publish and for the security, confidentiality and integrity of your data, in line with applicable SEBI requirements. AI-assisted output is research for your information and is not investment advice.

10.Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

11.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, using it for unlawful purposes, or reselling or redistributing our research or tools without written permission.

12.Intellectual property

All content, software, branding and research on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Quantlabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

13.Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or losses arising from connectivity, technology, third-party or market events. Our aggregate liability, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

14.Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required for legal or compliance reasons. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.

15.Changes to the service & terms

We may update the Platform and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16.Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance and dispute-resolution mechanisms below, the courts at Chennai, India shall have jurisdiction.

17.Grievance redressal

For any complaint, you may contact our Grievance Officer at enquiry@madmoney.tech. If unresolved, you may escalate through SEBI's SCORES platform (scores.sebi.gov.in) and the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal, as applicable to registered intermediaries.
